Engin İnnal is an expert mechanical technician with over 26 years of experience at Şişecam. Throughout his career, he has been a hands-on leader in major industrial projects, contributing to 3 full factory setups and the installation of 8 industrial furnaces. His extensive background spans mechanical maintenance, production management, and advanced glass decoration operations.
