APPLICATION STEPS

SURFACE PREPARATION
Wash the glasses with suitable cleaners if possible, otherwise clean glass surface with isopropyl alcohol. Ensure surface is free of dust, oil, and moisture.

INK PREPARATION
Stir well before use. Adjust viscosity with recommended thinner if needed. Optimal temp: 20–25°C.

APPLICATION
Apply evenly. Recommended wet film thickness: 15–25 µm. Avoid overlapping passes.

FLASH-OFF
Allow solvent to evaporate at 50-70 °C for 5–10 minutes before curing.

CURING
Cure in conveyor or box oven at recommended temperature and time profile (see table below).

COOLING
Allow to cool gradually at room temperature. Avoid rapid cooling to prevent thermal shock.
